Residential rooftop systems, hybrid systems and battery-backed home installations.
Enquire from anywhere in India about independent AMC and maintenance for an existing solar system—even when another company installed it. We confirm serviceability and the care scope after assessment.
Assessment first. Written scope. Transparent approvals. Delivery by SOLARESS teams or vetted regional partners under SOLARESS accountability.
Service frequency, access controls, documentation and response requirements differ by site. The assessment converts those realities into the right care plan.
Residential rooftop systems, hybrid systems and battery-backed home installations.
Common-area solar, housing societies, gated communities and multi-building systems.
Offices, shops, hotels, malls, showrooms and other customer-facing facilities.
Factories, plants, logistics facilities, cold storage and high-load operations.
Schools, colleges, hospitals, clinics, campuses and institutional facilities.
Farms, dairies, agri-processing, rural businesses and solar pumping assets.
Government buildings, community assets, trusts, NGOs and places of worship.
Ground-mount, on-grid, off-grid, hybrid and battery-backed systems, subject to assessment.
Project scale and execution exposure inform how SOLARESS approaches safety, documentation and lifecycle support. These references come from the existing SOLARESS company profile.
Execution references are not customer testimonials, generation guarantees or claims that every referenced project is currently under SOLARESS AMC.
The illustrative sample shows how an assessment can turn site observations into a clear decision record.
The final scope is written after inspection. This protects the customer from vague promises and protects the system from unverified intervention.
We do not inherit another installer’s promises. We establish facts, identify risk and define exactly what SOLARESS can support.
Location, capacity, current issue, installer status and any available documents.
Remote review and site inspection where required to establish condition and serviceability.
Findings, immediate actions, exclusions, visit frequency and proposed response commitments.
Choose the written scope. Parts and corrective work remain separately approved.
Pricing remains assessment-based. The tracks below show how support can be structured after the baseline review.
For stable systems needing documented preventive maintenance.
For sites where output, downtime and operating visibility matter.
For larger or operationally sensitive systems requiring a defined escalation model.
| Capability | Routine | Performance | Custom |
|---|---|---|---|
| Planned inspection programme | Requested | Requested | Site-specific |
| Cleaning plan | As assessed | As assessed | Site-specific |
| Inverter and monitoring review | Core review | Enhanced review | Operational review |
| Performance-trend analysis | Optional | Requested | Requested |
| Service reporting | Annual summary | Periodic summary | Management reporting |
| Escalation model | Standard triage | Prioritised workflow | Defined severity matrix |
Illustrative structure only. The signed quotation confirms the final scope, frequency, response commitments and exclusions after assessment.
Exact response and site-visit commitments are written into the quotation because location, access, regional capability, system criticality and fault severity vary across India.
Minimum site details support useful triage.
Safety events and complete outages are prioritised over routine service and cleaning requests.
Findings, actions and approvals are recorded at closure.
Keep people away. If safe and authorised, isolate the system using its documented shutdown procedure. Contact emergency services or a qualified local electrician for immediate danger, then notify SOLARESS. An AMC request is not an emergency-response substitute.
Yes. A baseline assessment first documents the equipment, current condition, existing defects and serviceability because SOLARESS did not design or install the original system.
We accept enquiries from homes, apartments, businesses, industries, institutions, farms and public or nonprofit facilities using rooftop, ground-mount, on-grid, off-grid, hybrid or battery-backed systems, subject to assessment and serviceability.
No. Existing defects, replacement parts and major corrective work are identified and quoted separately. Nothing chargeable proceeds without approval.
It can be included. Frequency and method depend on system size, soiling, roof access, fall protection, water availability and operational constraints.
We can help diagnose concerns and coordinate available OEM warranty information. Acceptance, parts and timelines remain controlled by the manufacturer and available documentation.
No fixed generation is guaranteed. Weather, shading, grid availability, equipment condition and site use vary. Performance is reviewed against documented, reasonable benchmarks.
The initial discussion is free. Capacity, technology, age, condition, documentation, access, location, cleaning needs, monitoring, visit frequency and requested response commitments influence the quotation. If a site-assessment fee applies, SOLARESS confirms it in writing before scheduling; any adjustment against the AMC is stated in that written proposal.
AMC enquiries are accepted across India. Serviceability, travel, visit frequency and SLA are confirmed after checking the exact site and support requirement. Approved site work may be delivered by a SOLARESS team or a vetted regional partner; SOLARESS remains accountable for the agreed scope, records and customer communication.
SOLARESS reviews enquiries during Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST and will follow up using your contact details. Receipt does not confirm service availability, a site visit or an emergency response. No AMC scope or chargeable work begins without a written proposal and your approval.
